CLIENT DATA INCLUDING CHILDREN’S DATA:

Four Seasons Equestrian require clients to give us certain data such as name, address and date of birth (for identification). Other sensitive data such as height, weight and any health issues will also be requested. This data is collected in relation to their riding lessons and for insurance purposes. We do not share this data except in the case of an incident and then it is shared with concerned parties (i.e ambulance) and our insurance company. Clients can opt to be erased from our data by email: fourseasonsequestrian@outlook.com

PROTECTION OF DATA:

Four Seasons Equestrian have antivirus on our computers. These are password protected and kept securely away from clients. Our data is backed up, which is kept in a secure room to avoid loss of data. Client reassessment forms are completed so inactive clients can be archived and no longer contacted by ourselves. Staff that have access to client’s data ( via client diary) are trained to treat this client information as confidential.

The diary system is kept in a secure locked cabinet, where access is granted for only two individuals.

 

CCTV:

The use of CCTV around Four Seasons Equestrian premises is used for security and in the event of any incidents.

CCTV is only filming public areas of Four Seasons Equestrian, and there are signs clearly displayed to show people that CCTV is in operation.

CCTV cannot be accessed by the public, and the screens are on managers devices allowing 24 hour access to the CCTV.

CCTV recordings are not stored longer than two weeks unless we manually save a clip of a certain accident, and these clips will only be stored as long as required by our insurance company.
